Pat Kiley - Former founding principal of Kiley Advisors, former president of the Associated General Contractors and currently a noted advisor and consultant for FMI Corporation.  Mr. Kiley is most known for his research that led to the publishing of a 2017 Annual Forecast of the Houston commercial construction marketplace and his resulting presentations to many organizations and groups on the corresponding market outlook.
